How can you access the video remote interpreting service?


Please provide us with the required information on the registration page. Within a few minutes you will be notified of your successful registration, via e-mail. It is very important that you provide a valid e-mail address and phone number, so our project manager can contact you.

We will contact you within 1 hour of the completed registration, to discuss the details of and any important information about the event that requires our interpreting service.


Interpreting sessions ordered individually are paid for in advance, therefore they require your account balance to be topped-up. The minimum balance is HUF 19,000 plus VAT.
Our interpreting services project manager will provide you with the details of the balance top-up process, upon registration.

Our framework agreement partners receive detailed monthly bills at the end of each month, no account top-up is required of them.

The fee of the interpreting services is calculated on a 15-minute basis, with no registration fee, connection fee or any other additional charges.


First you sign in to the website using your username and password.

Select the required language pair

From the dropdown menu, select the language pair that represents your and the other party’s business language – e.g. English-Hungarian.

Select the topic

We aim to provide you with the best interpreter in the topics and areas involved, so it is important that we know what topics and fields to expect during the interpreting – for example general business, healthcare or migration.

Select the time

Click on the calendar and select the specific date and time. You can specify the duration of the video remote interpreting service in 15-minute increments; the unavailable time slots are crossed out.

Video call or video conference?

Specify whether you want a video call or a video conference.

Provide any missing data if required. Click the “Next” button.

If you order a video call service, the final action you are required to take is click the “I agree” button.

If you order a video conference service, the system forwards you to the Your partner’s details page. Once there, please, provide the required information, then send out the invitation which the other party will receive in both Hungarian and English languages. Both you and the other party will receive a confirmation e-mail in a few minutes. If you find that the data in these e-mails are correct, click on the “I agree” button. Once both you and the other party have confirmed the online meeting, you have no further action to take.



If you are a new client with us, our interpreting services project manager will contact you via e-mail or telephone for a short consultation on the details of the specific interpreting task, so the interpreter can properly prepare for the job.
With any further questions or requests, please contact our interpreting services project managers.


10 minutes prior to the time slot you selected you will receive a notification e-mail, giving you sufficient time to prepare for the upcoming online meeting.
At the commencement of the online meeting please click on the link in the e-mail. The link takes you to the virtual meeting room, where your video remote interpreter will be waiting for you.
You can talk directly to the other party, addressing them in 1st person singular. Please, stop at the end of each sentence or thought, so the interpreter has enough time to translate your words.

Technical requirements

It is important that the location you choose for your online meeting is relatively quiet and well lit. If possible use a PC or laptop during the online meeting, to achieve optimal image resolution. A good quality webcam is essential! Headphones with built-in noise cancellation function, though not essential, are recommended.

Minimal system requirements:

  • RAM: 2 GB or more
  • Supported OS’s: Microsoft Windows XP (Service Pack 2 or newer), Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Apple Macintosh OS X 10.6 or newer, Ubuntu 11.04 or newer
  • Software: Google Chrome (version 28 or newer), Mozilla Firefox and Opera browsers. For Safari, please download this plug-in.
  • Internet connection speed: 4 Mbps or more

After the online meeting

Upon the conclusion of the online meeting the system sends you a notification e-mail that, among other things, contains the duration of the interpreting and your available balance.
